I don't recommend perpetuals, due to pest and other issues. RDWC, with a perpetual, will not allow proper res management for strains about to be harvested. 15 years of hydro says, keep one strain per bucket. Flower one cycle at a time, so you can handle pests/issues in veg.

Same temps/humidity in both places? Transpiration makes a big difference. You should see the led plant fatten up while it slowly grows taller, much more light absorption when close to an led.
