What is your diet like? Do you eat a lot of fast food and stuff with added sugars? How about caffeine? I mean if it's really a concern why don't you give up the vapes for a week or two and see what happens. Do you get any or enough exercise?

When you get up in the morning before you vape, do you have the same fog? If so, it may be something else. My experience of staying pretty high since 67' is that if you don't vape, or wait until the evening to get off it goes away during the day.
