Don Gin, Probo - great looking stuff, good job :D Speedyseedz - not really early, 8wks to the day, the trichs are about 20% amber. I just wanted to pull one cola so I have some ready before the rest is. Also there is one bud on the plant that is making seeds, so I need to let those finish.

Thanks! Side question - can anyone tell me if it's OK to be hanging them in a cold place? I have limited drying space and the spot they're in now is about 50° or so. It's dark, but it's cold.. Might even get lower than 50. Will that be OK? Or should I try to find a warmer spot? Thanks

Whatever it is - this was the smaller of the three main colas!!! :D My first grow is going very well!!

First let me say that I suck at cloning. It's all in technique and my next project is to build a cloning bubble box.. Right now I'm just dipping in the rooting hormone, then sticking in a tiny cup of coco. It has about a 50% success rate, and takes a LONG time... I dunno.. I'll keep practicing...

Mold? I dunno about that.. Maybe if you're storing it for years or something. I keep my smoke stash in a humidor between 50 & 60% humidity. I've had it in there up to a couple months and it's always fine. Never had any mold. Only downside I've found is a lot of the smell is sapped away from the...

I don't agree. If you do it a good way it's a great way to get you some hold-over bud. For me I'll do the CFL quick dry on small nugs as I need them. Comes out great, gets me fecked.

Well you clearly haven't read up on your little project before you just jumped in... If you did, you'd know that foil and mirrors are the two absolute worst things to have. Flat white paint, or mylar is best. Good luck.

Thanks for the good words!! Racer - the bud is 20.2g's wet.. I thought there was a rough formula for the wet:dry weight. Maybe someone else might have a guestimate? I was thinking around 5-6g's...

Oh yeah, final days of the grow - good feeling!! I pulled about half of my Frisian Dew plant.. Just waiting on one bud to finish the seed production from the cross pollination I did - once those are ready I'll pull the rest of the plant. I did three crosses - Butterscotch Hawaiian male mixed...

Just water them before you leave. 4 days will be fine.

Use the CFL method in the harvesting and curing section.. I tried it with some smaller nugs and in 30-45 mins they were perfectly smokeable and got me fuckin ripped!!! Good luck
