He's referring to just watering not feeding, to flush the salts out, I go feed, feed, water... I do not flush the medium right out with multiple runoffs at the end of flower i just stop feeding for the last week

Yes good point Renfro makes Golden Teacher would not be recommended either a lot of anxiety. The best mushrooms I've ever had were from South America really intense but also really happy and blissful, so maybe try a few of the strains named after South American countries.
