Wow guys, I really can't thank you guys enough for this information! What I have done so far is move my 300w CFL light a bit further away from my plant to reduce the amount of direct heat it's receiving as I believe that's where most the stress is coming from, also as we've been getting temps up...

I had my 300w light a little close and the lumens were at 28k, so in general as I've read that's fine, although I noticed it was getting a little warm (33°c), so I raised my light a little and somehow the temperature dropped to around 29-31°c. Also I added a bowl of water which kept my humidity...

Thanks for your reply, also my leaves on top are wrinkled up on the edges and waxy, what do you think the problem could be?

Do you think it's a good idea that I tied the bottom branches to pull them more towards the light and tied the top leaves to spread them so the new growth can receive more light also?
