Oh definitely don’t take my opinion as a diagnosis by any means. It just looks like what I’ve got going on and have self diagnosed my own plants, so let’s hope someone does chime in with a little more experience with it .... Good luck bud!

I think it's Part to blame from over watering, and partly due to poor soil. It looks to me like drainage is bad. Cheap soils often retain water for longer periods of time, so it is not ideal for growing marijuana. Some plants will respond better or worse to having over saturated soil. Something...

You can do it, sure, but beware of insects such as spider mites or stuff like that. In my experience of moving plants from indoors to outdoors that was my only issue.
