I have purple lights for growing is that ok or should I get Better ones ?

When I germinated them I didn’t have soil today my soil finally came in the mail so I put them in I don’t know if it’s to late but they look kindia ok to me think the one on the right looks like a male so I might remove it

Don’t have money or ride to go get soil my only solution is dirt anyone know how to make it so I can grow with it ?
