this is a good general guide. i didnt want to read it all, but did. i think you may be getting goo sticky hash with those temps going up to 200F. the lower, the better, a fan moving air room temp air over the dish will get the job done. and as you said, heat will speed it up. but speeding things...

it depends on how many times, plus how much material do you regularly plan on working with. if you had a steady customer supply,I'd say closed loop. I still do open tube,vac it pro , and or similar sized small chambers. Closed loop has a very high advantage over open tube with moisture pick...
