    Noob question for the day.

Agreed, top for height, LST and tie to open them up and level the canopy everything else (lollipopping, supercropping stock splitting or any other high stress training is just stoner pseudo science)

is this because of too much light foxtail

So I thought you might like to see a Thai strain I grew a few years back that was all fox tail a really cool plant that yielded almost 23oz. The first pic has a ruler laying up against a bud a little to the back and the rest are bud porn. So you might be on to a big Girl. Cheers! Enjoy!

    Defoliating In flower??

Lol again all lip service and NO explanation and I'm pretty sure I'm on topic the OP was Defoliating In flower?? .Defoliating being the key word. Even so threads deviate to different topics at times but I think your now using that as a way to avoid explaining yourself because you can't defend...

    Defoliating In flower??

Lol dude your so lost in your pseudo science you don't have the ability to think rationally or objectively. My observations are from actually running side by side grows using both methods and your way of thinking holds No logic or reasoning. If you can give any true facts of why your method...

    Defoliating In flower??

The point to this is the claims you get bigger yields when you defoliate. Sure the buds will still grow when defoliated but think about how much better they would have been if you just left it alone. No where else in horticulture is this a practice only in the cannabis world for some odd reason...

    Defoliating In flower??

LST and put a fan under the canopy blowing up into it, problem solved and you get to keep all those energy producing green leaves no stress to the plant more leaves for more energy bigger buds and healthier plants.

    Defoliating In flower??

Wow that's an oxymoron. So your saying that by removing the very thing that produces energy for the plant, that you now have more energy going to the flowers...SMH. You do understand that these leaves your stripping are NOT using anywhere near the energy they produce for the plant and your buds...

    Lollipop in flower..?

"lst and training techniques rather than cut things off" Exactly!

is this because of too much light foxtail

Fox tail is usually a genetic thing, heat or light intensity. If it's genetic your entire plant will do it, if it's heat you'll see other signs of stress and 76 is not hot. So since you are running a light equivalent to a 5-600W HID I would go with what Roger A. Shrubber suggested and raise the...

    Lollipop in flower..?

Those look great. The LST will work for the higher side branches just bend and tie off.

Latest on How to Lower PH?

If you don't have access to a shop to pick up a bottle of PH down, home remedies include vinegar (not sure of any ramifications with it) and lemon juice (have had to use this in a pinch many times and it worked well) . Most times just adding nutes will lower your PH as well. I wouldn't do the...

    Lollipop in flower..?

Sucker branches I understand, it's the practice of removing perfectly green leaves all the way up to the last 6 inches to the top of each branch (thus looking like a lollipop) that's baffling. So yeah if your lopping suckers branches fine, more of a pruning thing then. So my bad I should have...

    Lollipop in flower..?

Why lollipop at all (please don't say bigger yields) Look into LST you can manipulate your branching anyway you want it to grow. You have in the area of 2-3 weeks into flowering to train branches before plant rigor mortis sets in (stiffening branches) until then bend and tie your tallest tops at...
