frmrboi, Love the fact that it will produce a shorter bushier plant, which is what I want, no higher than 3' before budding. What do you mean, "both spectrums"? and if you are saying what I think you are, why wouldn't I throw the 2700K bulbs in for the hell of it for more light in the veg state.

maybe 5ft high 3ft w 3ft deep

depot only had27watt 5500k 1400luman and that was 4th trip is the 1000k difference going to be so signifcant ive got to change bulb

.stuck my first seed in some good soil bout 2 months ago and put them in south facing window.there are 8 plants 6-8 inchs high w/ 3-4 sets of leaves.ofcourse i know they need more light.so i found this site and had some banter with a few peeps.story is w/ four trips to the depot and $23 and shit...

there are 3-23watt 2700k 1600 lumen bulbs plugged directly into a power strip as i saw someone else do on here

ok went to home dep. got two 100w 1600 lumens a peace.ive only got a couple of table lamps rated for 60 watts should inot use them?or will they be ok.im also going to run small 6in. fan

this whole thing is too much man.i just started use in comp. few mos. ago 2.im old school.bought my 1st q.p. in 1973.been on other side of things.if i yield a single z in 3-4 mos. ill b happy as shit.i gotta pay 50 for an 1/8 every ten days or so to a friggin smary kid an im sick of it

my plants are about 5-6 inches tall with 3-4 sets of leaves. if I just do one in each pot how many bulbs should I have for each plant? is one enough?

what does "2700k" mean i n realtion to the compact flouros?

What about those Ott Lights that are suppose to be equivilant to sunshing for doing crafty type things? Any one know anything about them?
