I switched from HID lighting to strictly LED. I purchased 2 4x4 and 1 3x3(DIY) from Rapid LED ,chilled logic . In my flower tents I also run exotic supplemental boards. I see a very slight difference in that HID's produce a bit more. MAYBE an extra 2 oz per grow. But the trich production is far...
