    Ro water conditioner

I ran the same amounts of everything that i id previously, the ppm comes up, but it is mainly calcium rising the level so you will just run at a higher ppm. I always seem to have good luck with about 1/2 the usual dose that they call for with Advanced though so i don't run full strength on the...

    Ro water conditioner

Yeah, i did it on my drip hydro setup, and also with my coco grow and the waiting 30 min an double dose made them about the healthiest plants i have grown. I had calcium problems with the ro water and 3 different nutrient lines, and 3 different mediums, had just used tap water and ocean forest...

    Ro water conditioner

The solution for me was to run double the reccomended dose of calmag, and the thing that seemed to fix the problem was mixing the calmag in to the water well and letting it sit for 30ish minutes before adding the micro. I use gh calimagic calmag so there isn't a lot of nitrogen like some others...

    Ro water conditioner

I switched back to ro water and also tried mixing in the cal mag and letting it sit over night and am getting much better results. I was mixing in the reservoir but i don't think it was mixing it properly. The reservoir is back to clean after getting the tap water out of there as well.

    Ro water conditioner

With this, it doesn't happen with ro water, the thing is as clean as can be, but took a few days to go full nasty with the tap water.

More like a slimy foam. It is slick buy very airated.

    Ro water conditioner

I use Gh Calimagic for the low nitrogen content. The Advanced version is like 4 percent extra nitrogen vs 1 with the gh.

    Ro water conditioner

Ive pulled hundreds of gallons thru it and not much has changed as far as ppm out of it, so it isn't a big deal if i eventually have to replace the ro membrane once or twice a year, but it hasn't changed how it functions as of yet. I am doing a test right now with the ro water that i am going to...

    Ro water conditioner

Tap water is 340, ro is between 20 and 30 usually, 19ppm today. No water softener.

    Ro water conditioner

Yeah, it seems like there is something in it that the ro system isn't removing, or something. It works great in soil and coco without filtering it. My coco plants are now 4 weeks old, but started showing the spots on the leaves and a little yellowing at only 2 weeks and i was at a half dose of...

    Ro water conditioner

3ml per liter, so like 12 ml/gallon, i have had to use gh calmag just because the nitrogen level is only 1 percent. If i use the Advanced in there it is like 4 percent n to 3 percent ca, where the gh is 5 percent ca.

    Ro water conditioner

It is somewhat hard, but doesn't have that effect on anything else that i put it in, like it could sit in a container for a month and still be clear, but something, maybe in the nutrients is causing either a reaction with what ever is in the water, or the mineral deposits to drop out of the...

    Ro water conditioner

This is the inside of my reservoir just 2 days after the switch. It was spotless 2 days ago. The filter on the pump is actually blue, just covered in what ever is going on in there.

    Ro water conditioner

Hi guys, new to this forum, and have been on a quest to find information on what other people might use in this situation. I had a few grows under my belt before my last few grows in which i switched to using ro water from tap water because i was going to be running a hydroponic setup, so i used...
