I did realise and assume that it was nite burn. Using biobizz nutes but realised after second dose id added too much. Is it just a case of flushing and hoping it survives?

Hi there. For the last week or two my plant has been growing milky white tips on the end of the leaves. These sllllooooowwwly seem to be going down the leaf. I started flushing (2 waters now). Whats happening and what am I doing wrong

When it comes to to fans, wheres best to place them? I'm guessing carbon filter goes on top of the tent and other fan goes side? And thanks for reply. Best way for humidity? Incase I need to up it?
