    How late is too late

I have one plant this year. It bloomed really early, June 24 I think. I’ve been harvesting a little at a time starting September 6… in those 2 weeks, the plant has really started putting off a nice aroma and turning purple. I think the 6th was a bit early. Trimming this morning I noticed that...

Does the danger of being pollinated pass?

30 gallon I think. 3rd year on the same Bacto potting soil. I mixed in about 1/4 of the soil with new Bacto this year and in June I added 1/2 cup of 10-10-10 . 1.5-2 gallons of water everyday. she’s far and away the nicest plant I’ve ever had!! I’ve been rolling her in the garage at night for...

Does the danger of being pollinated pass?

so I collected pollen by putting a baggie over the pollen sacks and shaking, it sticks to the inside of the baggie. I pollinated a few lesser buds at the bottom of my plant last week. I returned from a road trip to find the pistils on my lady at full attention… they had curled up a bit prior to...

Does the danger of being pollinated pass?

I collected some today in a baggie, I “tried” pollinating 2 interior buds, by putting the bud in the bag and shaking the bag, I’ll see if it takes. I think I will try to save some of the pollen for next year.

Does the danger of being pollinated pass?

Last year I was gifted some seed from a kind member here. It grew into, what for me, is perfect bud: Super aromatic (Basil-ish), tastes about the same as it smells, super smooth (can’t get a cough out of it no matter how you lite it), not super strong, no jittery feeling and no crash… just a...

Does the danger of being pollinated pass?

I don’t know the origin of this, but this year marks the 7th generation being grown in my county, rural Virginia, about 900’ elevation. I call it Where’s Waldo! It blooms super early, I noticed it blooming just days after the equinox on June 26 and she’s about finished up! In the ground they...

Does the danger of being pollinated pass?

I had a plant that turned out male. I whacked him off about 6” from the ground… he didn’t die. He has pollen sacks again. I have 1 female that bloomed on June 26, right after the equinox. Is she still in danger of being ruined by the male next to her? I know I can eliminate him again… but I’d...

I cut the nitrogen when I saw the first flower in early July. I think I’ll just continue with the 0-5-5 I’ve been using. I just never know when they’re ready for harvesting. Thanks for the input.

I’m looking for female seeds for sure. I have 35 gallon grow bags (Bacto potting soil) that did well last year. They get full sunlight and I watered every other day. I grew 3 Sativa’s and 1 Doe-see-Doe ? (whatever that is) they all did well. The Sativa out produced the Doesedoe. I think they...

I grew 4 plants last summer, they did quite well. I gave it away to family, friends and acquaintances, as I rarely partake. I think I’m going to only grow 2 plants this year. Where is the best place to source a couple/few seeds or a clone? I live in Bedford county, between Roanoke & Lynchburg.

So here’s my first ever harvest. I tasted a bit; it has a hint of licorice and a bit of harshness. Maybe time will remove some of the harshness.

On advice from a friend, I harvested the yellow plant and one other. Two others aren’t quite “ripe” I have them drying in the basement, my house reeks of legal weed!

In the last 7-10 days I have a plant that is turning a much lighter shade of green, lots of the leaves have turned/are turning yellow. All of the plants are clone sisters and were planted in Bacto potting soil & watered the same. I have added nothing to the potting soil. The only difference...
