I use distilled water, Healthy white roots all around. Cant go wrong. Its a bit costly, but it helps for a great start. i noticed on your pics under the nets there was a lot of light leaking through the lid. You need to black out the top lid. good luck!

Rockwool has a higher PH then what you would want to start your seeds in. Rockwool needs to be presoaked and the ph of the water your soaking it in needs to be adjusted to 5.8-6.5
