well, i raised the light about 4 inches, the ambient room temp is only 76. checked my ph and ppm exactly 667 ppm and 5.79 ph I appreciate the help

i know it can be all kinds of reasons but can you tell by looking at it? my PH is ok, just under 6 and my ppm is about 1000. 4 weeks old under an 400 mh using foxfarm grow bit nutes they were fine, then this started a few days ago any suggestions?
