2x4x5 400w grow tent - AK48 and Ghani

Ok, starting a journal really for my own use, unfortunately i have smoked my short term memory away and cant keep track of age or time.

Germinated 4 fem ak48 seeds about 1 month ago. Planted 1 in soil on October 1st. the other 3 died, my fault, they all dried out. i was pissed

thought i had nute burn on the 1 good one, turns out to be deficiency so it really didnt do much the first few weeks.

i topped the plant in an effort to clone it and save some time on the 24th. i really thought i was going to loose the mother.

i put the clone in rockwool with some clone gel and then put it in a seed starter mini greenhouse. it is doing nicely and the mother is doing MUCH better now that she is getting some food.

I am using foxfarm grow big.

also on the 24th out of shear panic i germed the last of my 5 ak48 seeds along with 3 Afghani seeds a friend gave me.

All 4 sprouted and the 1 ak went into a bubble hydro setup with 1 ghani with it. i hope the ghani is female because that bitch is really growing FAST! probably 4x the size of the AK. the other 2 ghani's are in soil with my 1st AK mother under 400w MH.

I plan to take 4 more clones off of the mother and then 1 off the hydro Ghani and flower the 6 plants in a hydro drip system i made. i will keep the 2 "mothers" in the bubble hydro in a separate "cabinet" until the clone in the flower room shows its sex. the Ak's are fem seeds so shouldnt be a problem but no clue about the ghani.

ok, took 2 more clones yesterday and plan to do 2 more tonight..i ran out of "play" time last night. that will give me 6 AK48 and 1 Ghani that will go into the "veg" area for about 4 weeks after they root.

my digital ballast does HPS and MH so i change bulbs at 12/12

the second pic is my Mini hydro cfl cab that i plan on using for my mothers.

3 and 4th are the ghani and ak that i germed at the same time...the ghani is really growing fast!

i know i didnt keep up with this like i should have but here is an update

i still suck a cloning but im getting better. lol

i wanted to see some "fruits" of my labor so i took some clones of the only mother i had left and then flowered her on Dec 16th.

i went with 2 plants in flower, the one in soil from above and another in hydro that died when i started flowering....it was weird.

so here i am about 37 days into flowering..i will try to keep updating as i get close.

i currently have just her in flower with 4 more AK clones rooting and 2 AK mothers.. along with 1 White Widow mother and 3 clones.....
they will go into flower when my flowering AK is done.

Ok, getting close i think,.

i fucked up a few weeks ago, lights stayed on 24h and i dont know how long it went like that. it had a little spurt and then started budding again. She looks ok, no bananas yet. but i have no clue how much longer i have . it will be 8 weeks on wed, BUT, i dont know how bad i fucked things up with my timer off.

here are some pics and if anyone has any experience with this type of scenario id love to hear how it turned out.

Totally pissed me off considering how F-ing long this grow has taken.

Any guess as to how much longer?

Almost done, i hope at least. i really think i started flowering again mid Jan...sucks!! but some of the lower buds look close

Cut Her down yesterday, this is what i ended up with out of one plant. im pretty impressed with my first grow and hope it only gets better from here.

k dried a week and jarred yesterday. Will cure it for a few weeks still but I ended up with about 5 1/2 ounces. 1 plant first grow.

I made a ton of mistakes along the way but in the end it all worked out and i am supper happy about the end result. some of the best smoke i have had.
