Should I cut off the leaves that have no buds to give the rest of the plant more light?

OK, I think my housemate has a digital camera so hopefully my computers card reader can read his cameras card or he had a lead. Anyway, the buds are coming along very nicely, it's been flowering now for 22 days and it's starting to smell too but you need to put your nose right up to the buds...

i dont know man, id say you're def over watering anyway and yea move the light to about 2-3" away untill you think the stem is strong enough to withstand a fan blowing on it. then move the lights closer with the fan blowing to keep things cool
