I have a question about this. Is 4 not enough for a single plant in a small box? I can't find anything at the local hardware/home improvement stores larger than 26w in the correct spectrum for veg.

Two 5500k 100w equivalent CFLs about ~2-2.5 inches from the leaves on ~18/6 or so. About 3500 lumens between the two, I think. Not enough?
