i don't think i have any light leaks, she is in a closet with the door closed during off hours, also i hang mylar between her and the door.

hmm, i posted a close up of the main top...but yes my camera sux balls. if i get closer it blurs. maybe i'll try and post some close up pics using a magnifying glass.

my nutrients are made by general hydroponics, the floragrow and floramicro...i am not using the 3rd bottle "florabloom". if you get rootrot, try adding a capful of hydrogen peroxide. i am going on 4th month of my current grow session with out changing the water once. i do add water as needed...

i have a few bucket grows that i use a rock i found in my yard to weigh it down. it's very rocky where i live, but it's been working for a few months now with no hitches.

have you ever tried collecting rain water from gutters or even with just using a tarp? my rain water is way lower ph then my tap, since switching to rainwater i havent had to touch the levels, they are always right in there where they need to be. good luck

heh i've decided that even though floragrow has a recommended dose for blooming plants on it's chart, i will probably pickup a bottle of florabloom and flush my 18 gal res out tomorrow and replace it with a proper dose of florabloom. surely i wouldnt have to mix the 2 florabloom/floragrow...

i started a 3 plant grow in an 18gal tote and ended up with only 1 plant that was female, but had no room for the original 3 plants i started with. if you do use 6 plants, just do 12/12 from seed and you could probably get away with growing that many plants. just don't do like me and veg...

the tops got burnt about 10 days ago, the tops are still recovering and its slow going. here are some pics from tonight "day 108" from seed.

btw, i started with 3 plants, one turned out to be male, and i messed up the taproot on the other sadly, which worked out because in my confined space one plant is really the only option. my grow space is less then 3 feet X 19 inches with about 6 ft tall.
