so balls can grow on the lower branches instead of just where the top flower is?

ak47 organic grown. about 2 weeks into flower, the top cola have some beauuuuutiful bud. however the balls appeared on the lower branch where it split. is this considered hermie? or does hermie only count when these little balls appear/grow right where the bud/pistons are. thank you
