What about the CFLs? are 23 watt CFls too weak to grow with?

I'm pretty sure this is normal... I'm pretty new myself, but I read somewhere that when topping plants it can produce 3-4 heads, but I think its rare. Maybe someone with more exp can reconfirm

I was thinking about doing this method... scrogging correct? What type of screen would be good to use with the AG? Any ideas? Also does anyone know a good guestimation of how long it would take to harvest big bud doing this method? how much bud could i expect to yield?
