First Time Grow CFLS DWC bubbler

I started with 3 bag seeds, out of those 1 germed. So i have only one plant in my DWC bubbler system with 2 42 watt CFLS. I sure hope its not a male. Its about 2 1/2 weeks old from germ in these pics, 3 weeks now and a half inch bigger. Since i've started adding 1/4 strength nutes it shot up a bit. Any tips/suggestions/comments are appreciated. My plant's leaves look like they're curling down a bit, not sure if this is normal or what. Other than that it looks fine to me, but I'm a pretty big noob. This is my first attempt, on my next one I will invest in some decent seeds, and more lights.

Also is it bad to use a red spectrum CFL during veg?

use blue for veg...but I

would recommend hps lighting...maybe a 250 watt..

One of my lights is Blue the other Red should I turn off the Red? I have it on right now and it seems to be doing fine.

looks like its dieing.....

buy yourself a proper cfl.... nlites.... use 1 blue and 1 red all the time

or 1 purple all the way...
