I'm About to Give Up on Cloning

I agree shnkrmn. I clone in a homemade bubble cloner. Not at all a sterile environment. But I get a 90% propagation. All you need is water at the proper ph and a little hydrogen peroxide (1 cap per liter) and leave them. I do split the stem about 3 mil up before I dip it in cloning powder.

DIY Hash Tumbler (Poor Man's Version)

Looks good mate great thinking. Your design got me thinking. mmm. That thing looks just like a furnace humidifier. The nice thing about that is it already has the tumbler with a motor on it. And a removable tray under it. I think I will try that. Thanks for the idea. Cheers.

Smoke N Grow Nutes to the rescue!

I agree. I feed my plants from the bottom. I use flood and drain with all my plants in soil. For 1 thing, I can give all of the plants the same nutes and it's a lot easier to control the waterings. For every stage of development I have a separate ressy. This has been working great for me.

How could I flood five gallon buckets? On an ebb table.

Your right. 5 gallon buckets are a pain for changing the water. I have three 4x4 tables each table in various stages of flower. 20 plants per table in 8" flower pots. I use flood and drain with soil as my medium allowing the soil to wick up the water and roots to grow down. I flood every 2...
