i put plants into 12/12 I count two weeks of a transitional period, when the plants are in 12/12 mostly stretching and baby buds forming, after 2 weeks of 12/12 i count flowering, so if a plant is an 8 week strain, i give it 2 weeks transition, and then 8 weeks flowering

if you can fit the other two do, id feed em the same, top and lst them around each other to make the most of your space. light wise a 400 in a cooltube is defo an option, so is a 250 if your short on cash, a 250 and 2-3 plants will be a great return, probably better bang for busk then a 400.
