Well if you look closer you can see that simillar one on oposite side of node just opened and have pistils sticking out of it. So what the hell is it?

No brown spots, when it was young i had some necrosis between veins but epsom salt has taken care of it as on attached picture. I doubt its nute burn, there is no burn on sides of leaf, leaf turn yellow slowly in about a week with little drying at leaf tips.
