I'm no doctor or anything but I've been there myself. What I would do is just smoke less. Instead of taking 3-4 big hits take a few little ones, or 1 big one and another if you need it. But one should do it. Build your tolerance up. That should let you know you have some monster bud tho. Looks...

Looking good, I also have one plant growing with CFL's. I'm not sure how you have yours set up, but I have 12 23W around my plant and I just use 1 Lasko fan i got from walmart to keep the temp down. Stays about 75ish with it. I dunno what to say about the burn, I'm not all that plant savy myself.
