Organic spray and neen oil will only slow the problem, but not solve it. Dirty environment = mite infestation opportunity. At the moment you can keep spraying them or release some bug, or even use some hardcore chems... Then when you have the chance, scrub that room down with bleach. :D

I'd say move up to a 600w, it isn't a huge jump, but from what I've experienced it makes a huge different. ;)

I think when it comes down to it, you really got to ask yourself what kind of results you are willing to get. I find that mineral base nutrients make a significant different over a short period of time, The organic based nutrients are not always cost efficient and with all honesty the quality...

The way I see it. Mineral base and soil based nutrients both have their advantages and disadvantages. I personally use the Floratonic Super Root, Super Growth and Super Bloom additives though out the plant's cycle and gave my plants 2 weeks of hard flushing and my plants produce huge bugs...
