HELP! My plants need nutes

So the lower leaves on my plants have started to turn yellow, I assumed that was nitrogen deficiency. But then they started to develop brownish spots on them. I did some research and people experiencing problems similar to this say its phosphorus deficiency. What is it? I need tips on fertilizers/nutrients I could add to the plant, I've been searching all over the Internet and can't find anything. Help please!

Your gonna have a few leafs dry up and die from the bottom of your plant, but the spots are another story. If that's what your research showed phosphorus deficient than all you can do is try to correct the problem by adding supplement phosphate.

Did you even bother to look at the Newbie section and some of the stickies and videos posted there?

I picked some up last night, people say to use it at a quarter strength? How much water(with the fertilizer in it) do I give my plants each feeding?
