    Hydro-Organics help please!

I'm currently gardening with a full earthjuice lineup, and wondering about some things if you guys could help me. Temperature of my solution is around 21-24C, I mix with 1 tsp/gallon of grow and catalyst, 3/4 tsp/gallon of bloom and microblast (every other week). My question is about pH...

    Hydro-Organic Questions!

They don't really have a strong smell after brewing, but I'm still hoping for some info! I'm doing light fertilizing because I read that seedlings in hydro do need a little ferts or they'll die.

    pH help!

Small amount of nutes, I adjusted pH before, after, and 24 hours after adding nutes. There is a low level of technaflora's sugar daddy and some vitamin B. I'm away from it, but iirc the ppm is around 130.

    pH help!

Equipment: Water pump Air stones with air pump Hanna pH and EC meter ~3 gallon tub 200 watt CFL I'm on a seedling stage, so it's just the water, but I've been trying to keep the pH at 5.8-6.1 and on a day-to-day basis the pH is increasing quite a bit. I keep adding pH down to it to get...

New seeds! Help with starting ideas

Can anyone give me some pointers? I really want to germinate this right, and I'd like to go the hydro route early - but I'm not sure on how easy it would be to transplant a baby around cloning time as I've never done it, so is it wise to germinate into hydro?

New seeds! Help with starting ideas

Hello gentlemen: I have recently gotten some seeds from attitude and I'm looking to germinate soon, but as I'd rather not spend that kind of cash again I'd like to try to fool-proof this. I have some ideas, I'd love some input from the pros here! I am switching from soil to hydro, and I...

Hydroponic startup help/what tools do i need?

The supercloset is one of the stealth grow boxes advertised here, it's basically a box with carbon-filtered ventilation, lights, and a whole setup included. My simple explanation doesn't do it much justice, though, the things are phenomenal for anyone with some cash in pocket and willing to...

Hydroponic startup help/what tools do i need?

I'm sorry man, I didn't follow that description that well. I'll just ask if it gets kinda easy to figure out if you need to add water or nutes, and how often you have to throw out the water and/or clean out the container. As well, if I do dump the water, what do i do to prevent the roots from...

Hydroponic startup help/what tools do i need?

I'll have to do that. I'm really torn right now between using the entire technaflora lineup that it shipped with (I mean... everything that company offers, I'm rather impressed) or trying to go with Earth Juice. I've been using EJ in my soil and it produced some pretty phenomenal growth, but...

Hydroponic startup help/what tools do i need?

It comes with technaflora nutes galore, but I happen to have the full line of Earth Juice that I'd like to be using. Really, my main focus is making sure I don't nute burn the plant and if there is any "amazing" tool that I don't know about. Thanks a lot so far, and wiimb I'm checking out your...

Hydroponic startup help/what tools do i need?

I recently ordered a superbox from supercloset and am receiving a lot of hydroponic tools for success, however I thought I'd ask the real experts what tools I need. It comes with a TDS meter, net cups, a 4.5 liter/min air pump, a 132 gal/hour water pump, and some ph control kits. I also have...

    Early Flower Pruning?

Two pictures You'll see some old damage there from heat stress and some minor nutrient deficiency, before it was moved it was in a temporary holding area being cared for by friends, things didn't work out nearly as well as expected but it has recovered quite a bit. Bushiness should be...

    Early Flower Pruning?

zvuv Thanks! Pictures incoming, but yeah I think it is necessary because it is awfully bushy there, and I'm using a 200w CFL to light so I'm pretty sure from other information sources that there is little to no light penetrating anywhere in there. I grew it as a single cola until the fifth...

    Early Flower Pruning?

I have a plant in the first week of conversion from 16/8 to 12/12, and have come to realize that I should have pruned the bottom section of the main cola before I pruned to produce two splitting colas. Right now it is quite bushy and I know that not all the leaves are able to get light, but I'm...

    Cloning question

Hey guys, I checked the grow guide and cloning guide, and I hope I'm not asking a question that's been covered. My question is the following: After topping my plant a few weeks ago, the main cola has since split into two. All the growth hormone has clearly gone to one more than the other...
