yes i just had this problem with my biggest it started to spread rapidly so i had to make the decision to amputate the poor thing so its not wasting any nutes =( BUT the very next day all yellowing and dryness was gone from the rest of the leaves so to me it was worth it.

i was just wondering how many sets of leaves a plant should have at about 5 weeks from seed

so a fellow grower is trying to convince me that he will have a successful grow planting bc big bud and using 8-100watt cfls i tried telling him how ridiculous that was but he insists so what do you think? if it matters he is growing them indoor in soil

so i carefully check the seeds and all have a tail about 1 inch long i placed them back in there pots and have the lights on so im hoping all goes well =)

so i was out of town and my brother thought he would do me a favor and start some seeds of mine the only thing is he didn't germ them! he put them straight in the soil and not only that he has had there lights on for days and im not sure if that much light can harm my seeds or not could i kill...

to answer smokey im 18, and i firstly wanted to start with cfl's but i was told so much that they were shit and to use hps but if cfl's truly work that would be the set up im going for.

so i have been trying to find the right lights to use and i dont know if im making things more complicated then they are or what but i would like to use hps/HID lights but where do i get the fixtures? i know i cant put them on a regular lamp but is there a store i can buy them from? i have been...
