The light Spliff is using is the discontinued 10 (8) Watt model, it has been replaced by a 15 (12-13) Watt model (just $20 more) to insure even better results and coverage at the website where they are exclusively sold.

See the explanation on page three, it is the length of the night that control flowering the Flower Initiator makes the plant perceuve the night as being two hours longer.
