I'd suggest making a bubble cloner. Easiest way I've found to do things and wouldn't cost more than 15-20 dollars from scratch. I don't even bother with domes, spraying, rockwool, etc. Just pop them in and check on them in a week or so and the relative humidity inside here is crazy low.

Generally, people on the forums here and seed sellers count the days from when they first see active flowering 10-20'ish days after switching lighting to 12/12... and not from when 12/12 lighting was started.
