Your AC should have just a fan setting. If you set it to that your compressor won't turn on. Thus saving money and your unit wont freeze up

Get a bigger fan and an air cooled hood then put your filter on your hood. Filter>hood>fan.

Well im glad to say my problem is solved. No ground was needed. It just needed to he surounded by some steel and aluminum to throw off the frequencies. Thanks for all of your help!!

What does that have anything to do with RF from the ballast? They are hooked up on their own 40amp breaker.

I just thought of something! I have some old steel cabnets in the other side of my basement. Think if i moved these into my room and mounted my ballast in side them it would work? Its about 1/8th inch steel
