Lol growing in a college dorm is risky, judging by how slow it's growing I'm guessing you have a really shit light or none at all, I'd advise you to kill it asap and wait until you've got your own house to start a real grow with HPS lights and extractor fans

Water them but in small amounts, if the taproot is only 1-2 inches long use a spray bottle instead because u want to keep it moist but not soaked

Ok thanks for the replies. I've since moved the lights closer. They're energy saving bulbs so I don't think it'll burn the plant. I'll definately need to get a better light when it starts flowering though.
