You can use those duct fans for active intake. You need 2 good blower fans. I'd do one 6" for the lights and one 6" with a carbon filter for the room with a speed controller on the rooms fan, set on about medium. Then use the 2 duct fans for the intake.

That's great. I've been wanting to do something like that, but my exhaust is so aggressive to cool my 400wHPS, that I feel the CO2 would be evacuated out of the cabinet to quickly and not get to the plants. I max out at around 82f but it's winter now, I know in the summer I'll have temp issues... :(

Not much info to go off here, but make sure your humidity is around 50% or so. Also your soil looks wet/dry enough, make sure you have drainage holes in the bottom/sides. I'd say it's on course, maybe a little small, but give it time.
