The cold promotes the feminizing of the as opposed to heat which makes males or if you bought the seed of line maybe they will herm. so maybe try getting them wet with 5.9 ph water and let them dry out in a cool moist area. once they dry that should bring oxygen to the seed so it cracks open...

You can also put in a shot glass and dice it up with scissors that way its easier if its still a bit damp.

I love Smart pots because they allow the plants root zone to dry out evenly.Plus they are durable so you can just flip them over with a bobcat and not worry about destroying these pots. I have 100gl, 200gl and a few 300gl. those 300gl are way too big.
