what are some good premixed indoor grow soils?

okay got any adivce on better soil ? i never really added any nitrogen but ive had leaves showing nitro toxic for a while since they were young just not this severe

im not sure wtf is going on at this point minus the grow boxs etc and a tad just a tad under lit as far as my marijuana bible tells me i shouldn't be experiencing this, i flushed the grow boxes out very week or at least i thought but now im thinking i may have not its bee like a week and a half...

the temps are around 68's low and high 72, the box area is around a 5ft by 3ft set up
