ok so im 4 weeks to 5 weeks into flowering phase and ive got plants losing alot of foliage its drying up and breaking off, i have read that some straings do this normally to make for attention to the bud but it appears to be that the leaves on the buds themselves are also drying out, i have read that plants do this to get energy back for further budding i just need to know so i can stop worrying about these guys they are my life right now and i dont wanna loose em. here is some pics now im aware the boxes i used aren't big enough my next grow will go much better i was a kid when i started ive done my research so i wont make that mistake again. Any helpful tips would be nice here are some pics.

You've got big problems bro that should look very different. What's going on with temps? How much are you feeding them? Looks like some sort of situation involving too much nutes or heat or bad soil. maybe also super low lighting? Need specs of room please then I will try to help you with specifics.

Tips: flush with pure water and get it super clean. You should only lose leaves in flowering due to them turning yellow from nutes being used up to make bigger buds

Those plants are hella stretched and you got some crazy deficiencies.

What kind of lights are you using and how many watts?

We can't help you even, after a closer look at each picture those plants will be some dirty schwag. Did you spray them with bug spray really hard or something? I've seen that happen from that. Also looks like you kept them in the dark for a while ( days maybe?). Or maybe just have very weak lighting. The foil on the walls is what leads me to think you have like 2-5 Cfls a few feet away thinking that the light is reflecting. Your leaves are bigger then the nodes and that's a symptom of the lighting situation I'm talking about.

Next time you try just keep it simple with good dirt and closer lights, you may need to grow a smaller plant but a compact plant can yield more then a stretched out plant if your limited on things like light or quality nutes
