Read more, ill stick with everclear. Any reason not to use 151 other than just having extra water to remove?

So this part has me confused and a lil scared. Bought a bottle of Everclear but it is the 151 proof, not sure if that will work. Been reading to use ethanol, but looking online seems like there is other stuff like methanol sometimes present. How does this look...
