Id say your cfl's at the side are whats causing it, less heat more of the colour spectrum required.. specially if your hps is 14" above tops. No problem really though as mentioned before, prune the bottom mature buds off and allow more time for the plant to work on the tops.

Ok, so just a simple question... Is it possible to grow with white/blue light LED lighting? Has anyone tried it.. I mean, is there goin to be enough light for a small vegging room? Its quite power efficient, trying to source out an inexpensive solution :confused:
