Hello have some questions regarding chromatography Iam trying to isolate CBD when I run my column I get a orange , redish brown , bright yellow bands orange is the first to come down. Can anyone help me to figure out witch band is CBD ?

Well it looks like pre flower to me, they will grow thru it just stay away from potas and give them lots of nitro.
