I germinated in Rapid Rooters in the tray they came in, so the roots were hanging down when I lifted the top tray up, and somebody said it was time to transplant, so I did. How about for a situation like that? Next time I'm going to wait longer before switching to LEDs.

Thanks, I did a Google Image search, and it does look like transplant shock, although it's somewhat hard to find good images of shock. Any tips on preventing shock in the future?
