    Hang or Dry Net

First I soaked in a 10% bleach/water solution than ran it under cold water while scrubbing with a wash cloth. I supposed freezing it would work after a harvest which would cause the trichs to harden, then you could soak it in some 91% iso, filter through a few strainers/coffe filters and let...

Which of these Tents? please help

I've seen it done, doesn't mean you should do it lol.. It could work if the cooltube were mounted at a far end, reflector top end touching the side of the tent, then youd have around 1sqft per plant and allow them to grow as tall as ya want, rotating once a day. Id expect by removing the...

Which of these Tents? please help

Yeah short of lst /scrog its a cooltube mounted vertically which isn't a bad idea, I've seen this work wonders for others.

Which of these Tents? please help

He could probably do more than 2 under a couple 150w high end led panels with same results as hps. Less than 5'10" isnt really high enough for anything other than led/cfl. Think about it, exaughs and carbon filter + pots take up about 1 1/2 ft and considering indicas on average reach 3ft...

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

That's a lot to think about, I'll have to do some research and get back to you. Drivers aside, what are your thoughts on a hybrid panel with 4x cxa3070 3000k 80cri AB at half power, and maybe I add enough Cree XTEs or similar for veg, and have separate veg/flower modes on a single pole switch...

Which of these Tents? please help

I have a SJDR60 which is roughly 2x2x6 and I'm able to fit a 400cfm exaughst/carbon filter and 2-300w Led panels no problem. Since you have less than 6ft to work with, maybe check out led lighting, less height restriction/power consumption and heat which is important if your venting directly...

Which of these Tents? please help

Secret jardins are nice, and they're reasonably priced unlike gorrila tents, seal up pretty well and easy to work in. The only gripe I have with SJ is their corner pieces are plastic. You could probably get a couple DRs for the same price a single gorilla tent would cost.

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

Lol.. I'm a bit of a tech geek, but if what you say is true I guess there really is no down side to going with current gen. Just looking at the results ppl are getting with cobs, its kinda hard to resist :bigjoint: I wonder if I would just go with an a51 rw150 instead of two rw75 panels. The...

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

This was what I was originally going to do, but it looks like new a51 with cobs won't be available until q3 or later so its either wait, or diy. Not a fan of buying last gen tech lol.. And these Chinese panels are on their way out.

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

Well I guess in reality its 1x2ft per panel, the autos I don't really bother sticking to a schedule, they usually get one month 16/4 and another of 12/12, pretty much whatever schedule the photo is on, unless I'm running all auto, then its 20/4 strait thru. I kno, 5 plants in a 2x2 tent is...

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

Well y'all have brought me over to the dark, or light, side lol.. I'm starting to consider giving this a go and I'm going back on what I originally planned on, 2 panels instead of 1, reason being I have a 4 gal/4 spot Rubbermaid tote I use for autos thats about 1 1/2ft tall and a 5gal/1 spot...

To flush or not to flush?

GH is pretty solid when it comes to their directions and schedules. I wouldn't worry about going a week if thats what they say and your harvesting all your ladies fed by the res your flushing at the same time. Its basically just keeping buds attached to the root system while they suck up h20...

To flush or not to flush?

The water is your growing medium, your nutes are what make it so, its not like soil.. With soil you flush to get rid of all the salt buildup the nutes you add to it contain while still leaving some of the micro nutes soil has by nature.. With hydro your starting point, ro water or whatever, has...

    GH nutes and septic tanks

Does anyone know if flushing resiviors every week or two using General Hydroponics Flora series will have any long term effects on a septic tank? Should I just be dumping this stuff in the grass? I expect it's eco friendly. Just wondering if this stuff is in any way similar to the effects...

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

Haha I would if I had time for a side project and wasn't so lazy, kinda just looking for something that gets the job done that'll also be a true hps replacement. I'm leaning more toward a51 cuz I hear they have better canopy penetration.. Just undecided on either 75 or 150, both specs coencide...

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

If I were to roll my own, I'd be building for a DR60 cuz that's just what I'm used to, more of a hobby than anything, any idea of how much, ballpark?

    Replacing my 300w epiled panels

Thanks for the link but I'm a skeptic when it comes to this, after all the time spent on research and cost of tools/materials, its gonna be close to higher end panels minus the build quality. I'd rather spend the extra money to have something that has a warrentey and works out of the box, not...
