Ok so, what are the prioriites for the seedling stage. Ill get some grow lights and nutrients. But for now what should I really be getting my hands on?

Ok, so Im gonna order a ph pen, ph up and ph down bottles, and some food. The new light is gonna have to wait till I get some more money. So you think reverse osmosis water with a regulated ph level? How would I balance the water with the ph up and down stuff what are the measurements like. Also...
