There's nothing you do, it's just eugenics. You kill off the weak and breeding only the stronfest and best. After many generations it will improve the overall quality of the pheno and also slowly adapt to your specific grow environment. It's evolution.

If you spent the next several years carefully selecting and breeding the "top dog" males and females, after many generations you would eventually "evolve" the strain, but it would require a lot of breeding.

Get a no pest strip, use it every 5-7 days, 3 applications. I do it at night, turn everything off seal it. The 3 treatments get the new ones that hatch.
