Is that rockwool? If so it looks pretty soaked. I germinated my seedling in rockwool and didn't water for over a week. The most I did was sprayed a little water on the bottom of the rockwool if it felt dry to the touch. You may be drowning your seedling.

Are you currently feeding nutrients? I started feeding to early and burnt the tips. I didn't add nutes until the tyclodones (spelling) were nearly dead. For my strain, it was about three weeks from seed. So nothing but ph'd water. Trust me, nutes aren't needed this early.
