Two week countdown?

Hello everyone,

I am nearing the end of my first grow. It has been a lot of fun, but all good things must come to an end. A little background about the plant: Super Lemon haze (GHS) is the strain, DWC was my medium of choice along with a Kind k300l led light. I topped the plant at the 3rd node and vegged for a month. I flipped to 12/12 on September 15th, making tomorrow 8 weeks since the switch. I understand I need to inspect the trichomes, but I wanted to get some visual opinons. Tomorrow I was planning on starting my two week flush.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks to all who have made my journey stress free.

looking good, but I'd give it a little more time. need a few more dying leaves and red hair. i bet they will swell if you just be cool for a bit longer

I have no problem waiting, how much longer would you recommend?

Points to ponder.
Why stop feeding at the most critical time? The bulking phase..
NO cigar (or any tobacco for that matter) tobacco is ever flushed - Why ours? Long and proper dry and cure is what works. Sadly, far to many folks just don't have the strength to wait that long...
Name me any grown product that does get a "flush"? Anything? No?

1 to 4 weeks depending on what pheno you have.

I would cry to see a beautiful plant like that starved to death.

There is NO scientific basis for your belief......I did the believe thing years back. I began to doubt as I learned more.....I found the truth..
Flush the shit out of your plants....You will make no measurable difference in nutrient levels within the plant...

I know, I know. Jorge says too and he writes books......Just because some schmuck writes a book sure as hell doesn't make him right....In fact, Mr Cervantes has his head up his ass on a few things...

It's dry and cure that makes the difference.....

While doing testing for a food company. Researchers for a MAJOR University discovered that when given a task, our brains will find a difference, EVEN IF ONE DOES NOT EXIST!
In later testing done by the college on it's own terms. They found that given samples of food, drinks, smokes and anything consumable with flavor....They found the Brain would find a difference in each item tested and the thing was,,, each was exactly the same!

So then, no matter HOW you will attempt to test the taste of MM......You would find a difference.

I have to agree with the no flushing thing. I've done it both ways, and there's no difference. Like Who says, it's all about the cure. Flushing is yesterday's news in my opinion, and kind of a pain in the ass for no measurable difference IMO.

Well thank you all for the information, I really appreciate it. Tomorrow I am going to get a jewelers loupe and closely inspect the trichomes. Also, I have decided not to flush the plant.

Go on, starve your plant and reduce your yields.
You will NEVER reach the plants full potential....

Did you grow both?
Were they dried and cured exactly the same?
Was either ever treated with an "oil" cure like Neem, thyme, cinnamon, rosemary or geranium?
How about treated with Milk, Sodium or K bicarb?
A soap based "cure"?

If you even hesitated to answer a single question as "NO" = EPIC FAIL on that taste test !!

Lmao no bruh, you can taste the difference because they are way over fertilized plants.

If you HAVE to flush it's because you did something wrong point blank.
