Pre / post emerge damping off. Its not about being lucky or not. If You don't start fighting with whatever pathogenic fungus You have, You'll be killing more seeds.

You probably have a Sulphur defiency that affects especially new growth. Can You find Epsom Salts ? Feed them at least 300 ppm with it and wait for 2-3 days before a new application.
