I hope I'm wrong but every picture I've seen of mite infestations the leaves looked exactly like yours bummer man!

Look it up little spots like that usually mean u got mites and yes it's very bad look up how to get rid of them. Look at both plants carefully if there is more but not too infested you take a wet sponge and wipe them down a few times if you are infested u want to look deeper on the best method...

You have spider mites check underneath the fan leaves that's where they hang out!
